Guided by a client’s care plan, you’ll ensure a safe, appropriate environment, surveil client health, assist with daily activities and provide exceptional care to clients and families.

Requirements for Working at InterGen Health
Employment at InterGen Health requires the following documentation:
- Licenses or Certifications based on the position
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US: For a list of acceptable documents: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents
- Proof of address
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine
- Pre-employment physical with required labs
- Physical within the last year
- 4-7 panel drug screen within the last 6 months
- PPD within 6 months or QuantiFERON within one year
- Flu shot from current flu season or documented flu declination
- Titers within 10 years
